Terms of Use

By using ReplySteady, including the free Review Health Score, you agree to these terms. The score tool uses Google Maps Platform features and content. By using it you are also bound by the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Terms of Service.

ReplySteady never writes reviews, never offers incentives for reviews, and does not guarantee any rating outcome.

The ReplySteady service

When you connect a Google Business Profile, you confirm that you own it or are authorized to manage it. You choose whether replies post automatically or wait for your approval. You are responsible for replies posted from your account and can edit or remove them at any time.

You agree not to use ReplySteady to create fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, ask only happy customers for reviews, or otherwise break Google's review policies or the FTC rule on consumer reviews (16 CFR Part 465). We may suspend accounts that do.

Review invites. If you use review links, QR codes or email invites, you may only send email invites to people who are your actual customers, and you are the sender of those emails. You must send the same invite to every customer you choose, without offering anything in return and without filtering by how happy they are. Invites include an unsubscribe link, and people who unsubscribe are never emailed again through ReplySteady. We may limit or suspend invites that are abused.

Plans are month to month and can be canceled anytime. After the free trial, paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

The service is provided as is. We aren't responsible for Google outages, policy changes, or actions Google takes on your profile.
