How ReplySteady uses your Google data
When you connect your Google Business Profile, you sign in with Google and approve access on Google's own screen. ReplySteady then:
- Reads your Business Profile locations (name and category) and the reviews customers left on them, so it can draft a reply to each one.
- Posts a reply to a review only when you approve it, or only for reviews you told it to handle automatically in your settings. Low star reviews always wait for you.
- Never sells your Google data, never uses it for advertising, and never uses it to train AI models.
- Deletes it when you disconnect Google or delete your account in the app, and keeps synced review content no longer than 30 days. You can also remove access anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

FAQ
Do you write reviews for my business?
No, never. Fake or AI-written reviews break Google's rules and the FTC's rule on fake reviews. We only draft your replies to real reviews, and nothing posts without your OK or your auto post setting.
Can you guarantee a higher rating?
No, and nobody honest can. What we do is keep the routine steady: every review gets a thoughtful reply, on time.
Do you only ask happy customers?
No. Filtering who gets asked ("review gating") is against Google policy. With review invites, every customer you add gets the same message and the same link, with no rewards or discounts for reviewing.
Will replies sound robotic?
Drafts are written for each review in your voice, as I or we. On Growth you also set the tone, your sign-off, and words to use or avoid. You can edit, regenerate or skip any of them. 1 to 3 star reviews always wait for your approval.
Do I need to sign a contract or take a sales call?
No. Pay month to month, or yearly to get 2 months free. You set it up yourself in about 5 minutes, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I add more locations?
Yes. Every location managed by the Google account you connect shows up in ReplySteady, including ones you add to Google later. In Settings, under Locations, you turn each one on or off and see the price change first. The first location is included, and each extra one is $12/mo ($120/yr on yearly billing), prorated for the rest of your billing period. A location in a different Google account? Add your connected Google account as a manager of that Business Profile in Google, then tap Refresh locations.
